On December 20th, 2024, we accept an invitation from the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry to attend the curtain raiser for “The Mindful Leader: Empowering Leaders for Personal Fulfillment and Organizational Success – A Sneak Preview,” held at the prestigious Hotel, the Park. This insightful session proved to be a profoundly enriching experience, offering a compelling blend of academic theory and practical application to the multifaceted landscape of modern leadership.

The event featured two exceptional speakers: Prof. Manish Singhal of XLRI Jamshedpur, my esteemed professor whose guidance has significantly shaped my understanding of leadership principles, and Major Gaurav Arya (Retd.), a highly accomplished writer, public speaker, and founder of the Chanakya Forum. Their lectures were not only informative but also deeply inspiring, challenging conventional notions of leadership and offering a refreshing perspective on personal and professional fulfillment.

This Management Development Program will be of Eight Months or slightly more and possess both Online as well as Campuss Components. To attend the first Campuss component, he was at XLRI for the last few days.
